A little adjustment

Had to drill new holes in top anchor plate to line up with wall studs in the closet. Don't thrust toggle bolts long term. Top plate should have holes every six inches to allow for consumer to line up with studs. All else was very good and easy to install!

Missing plans

Chose this because of the ease, and layouts printed on the front of the box. Box shows 3 of the 6ft layouts, however the instructions only show 2 of those layouts. Guess what..the one I chose is the one missing. No # to call, and design is not on this site. Maybe it will be easy to figure those dimensions out.

Not difficult

I picked & chose all the parts for my step-daughter's closet. Watching the Installation video was a plus, mainly for really simple stuff. But you do not need to be a brain surgeon or rocket scientist to do this project. I am really pleased with the outcome of this project and the quality and construction of the product.

Standard Connector Debacle

For the life of me I could not figure out how the standard connecter connects the two tracks together. The picture does not show enough to really figure it out. I am at the point whereas I might be better making something on my own. The rest of the instructions are okay but really nothing to rave about. I recommend that if you don't have a lot of DIY experience that you find somebody who can, or get another product.

Before I chose this 5-8 ft closet organizer I viewed some other bands that may have been easier to install, but didn't quite give enough of what I was hoping to achieve and would not have been able to customize as much as I could with this one -plus it was on sale at Lowe's for $119. I have 5'1" closet width and I wanted similar configuration as one of the 6' sample configurations, so I knew I would need to improvise a little. 74" of hanging racks, 1 - full length shelf on top, 1 - 38" shelf, 4 - 18" shelfs, 1 - 30" shoe rack, I took my time and spent probably a good 5 hours on it, but it came out perfect for what I was expecting. I only had to purchase 4 extra shelf brackets and a box of more rubber shelf end protection cap. I was missing the 60" closet rod, so I'm hoping I will have that sent to me free of charge, but I really only need about 15" of it. It seems sturdy enough to last and can still be reconfigured.
